Sep 7, 2023 · Cannot select Anamorphic or 4:3 SD for project properties. I've run across what must be a newbie snag when trying to create a new project. When I create a project, and then go into its properties, seemingly no matter what resolution combination I choose, neither 16:9 nor 4:3 is available to me as an option. They display, but are "greyed out." If you’ve generated optimized media or proxies, it defaults to whatever you’d selected at the time of generating those. Since those aren’t RAW, there’s nothing that’s going to be changing. You can disable them in the Playback Menu and should be able to use the Camera RAW settings, and will see the changes you make. 4. Resolve won't make the Dual Screen menus active unless it thinks there are really 2 screens, and it only does that check when the app is launched. If you have launched Resolve after you have the iMac acting as a second screen, and the Dual Screen menus are grayed out, then apparently Resolve does not think that's an actual second screen.View community ranking. Re: Greyed-out timeline. Thu Feb 09, 2023 9:07 pm. I discovered this issue after rendering. I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them. Top. I also couldn't play the files and the video was greyed out.
